Lisa Malyon specialises in a contemporary style of architectural drawing depicting buildings and structures in Bristol and beyond.  By working directly onto various collage paper including newsprint and Chinese Joss paper Lisa adds colour and texture to her drawings.  Focusing on a specific detail in the building or structure Lisa leaves parts of the image to look apparently ‘unfinished’, inviting the viewer to look closer and imagine the complete image. Alongside her two-dimensional artwork Lisa also draws directly onto cotton drum lampshades ‘in the round’.  Lisa has under taken many commissions but Clevedon Pier and Clifton Suspension Bridge remain her best sellers. In July 2015 Lisa became a record breaker as some of her drawings were featured in the World’s Biggest Colouring Book in conjunction with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and Ho
