Clifton based Forget-me-not make Contemporary wedding and celebration cakes, specialising in seasonal sugar flowers & leaves. They will be selling Christmas cakes with handmade seasonal flower sprays along with Panforte (Italian fruit & nut cake) as gifts.

Experienced chef & baker, Nina Bullock decided to set up Forget-me-not after 18 years in independent professional kitchens within Bristol. Having worked with many clients over the years organising their weddings and parties behind the scenes, she understands the importance of every event down to the smallest detail. She wanted her cakes to reflect this.

Nina specialises in seasonal flowers & leaves, made from sugarpaste. Carefully dusted and glazed to appear as real as possible giving each cake a bright and contemporary feel. Her  first consideration is always the needs and desires of the client. She likes to work closely with them to make sure they get exactly what they are looking for. Taste is as equally important. As a chef Nina can advise her clients with their choices to make sure all their requirements are catered for.
