Mullion Cove is the creation of one person’s passion for Cornwall and Food. Sophie Bowden was brought up in Cornwall and since leaving the county and living and working in London, she discovered that there was little representation of her favourite artisan Cornish producers outside of Cornwall.

So in 2009 she decided to start a business that endorsed Cornish producers and food traditions. She started trading from a market stall selling all kinds of different Cornish products from seasalt to salami but it was her own version of a Cornish fairing biscuit that was to become the best seller.  Today the fairing biscuits have become so popular that she now concentrates solely on baking in order to sell on-line, on her market stall and to supply outlets within the South West.

Sophie Bowden is also the founder and organiser of the Ashton Court Producers Market and an endorser of Cornish food and drink and producers in Bristol.

In 2011 she was runner up in BizIdea awards, run by UWE and In 2010 she was awarded a fellowship from UWE as part of their S4R enterprise project.

Alice Palace are a small independent eco-friendly family run business creating unique design-led products which are illustrated and published in England.

All their artwork is totally original and rather quirky. The business was founded in 2004, by Alice Boston and sister Liz McMaster joined the business in 2009 to become the Studio Manager. They work from a small studio in Evesham along with their dogs, Jemima and Honey (the distractions!).

They both have a love for creating gorgeous designs and the illustrations are inspired by thoughts and feelings, people and everyday life. Every aspect of the work is done in-house to ensure we are able to provide a reliable, fast and friendly service. We are proud to be different and Alice’s amazing individual style is portrayed across their products. They are very dedicated and customer service is their top priority.

Forever Contemporary is a Bristol based on-line supplier of designer home interior accessories founded by Helen Richardson. Helen has a strong passion for design but always found it difficult to source products that are different and unique. She set-up Forever Contemporary earlier this year to provide products for like-minded people who want something beautiful and unusual for their home. The majority of the products sourced by Forever Contemporary are from small independent designers and can't be found in major high street stores.  The range includes lighting, gifts and homewares – in fact everything you need to provide a finishing touch for your home.

Many of the products supplied by Forever Contemporary are handmade, designed in the UK and make perfect gifts. All of the products are carefully selected to ensure they look fabulous, are beautifully made and will last for years. Forever Contemporary will be showing a wide range of products at Christmas at the Orangery from both emerging and established designers.
